My name is Lidia. I am Tony's mother and co-owner of Cibo. My family came to Cedar Rapids from Lebanon thirty years ago and we have been proud to serve the city for over ten years with fresh food and friendly service. We opened Cibo almost 2 years ago, where I run the back of the house with Chef Nathan. My line of soups, 'Lidia's Famous', will soon be available for individual purchase.
